Nutrien – Digital Hub
My work at Nutrien Ag Solutions focused on maintaining close contact between growers and their sales representatives and agronomists. The Digital Hub application serves as a bridge, enabling secure online support and transactions when needed. Ultimately, my role as a user experience designer was to aggregate multiple data streams into a simplified application that allows crop consultants to support their growers. UX designs concentrated on the e-commerce and farm and agronomy value streams.
Ideation and design work explored included:
- Payment options and details, including pre-pay and scheduling
- Invoices and statements
- Product information, SDS, and labels
- Online ordering and purchase history
- Farm and Field-level mapping and insights
